Our Ladies’ Festival Weekend this year will again be held at The Wessex Hotel in Bournemouth from Friday 2nd October 2009 until after Brunch on Sunday 4th October 2009.

As most of you know, all hotels require a minimum number of adults to attend for the whole weekend for their package rates to apply. The Wessex operates the lowest minimum number requirement and its prices are structured accordingly. This package continues to offer excellent value for money. We had excellent attendances in the past years.

Prices are confirmed (letters will go out wc 20 March 2009), as

• Full Weekend £160
• Saturday Night only £100
• Banquet only £60
• Children under 15yrs. Accommodation free, if sharing parents mom. Meals charged as taken £35 per child for banquet.
• Premier Rooms upgrade £20 per person per night
   
• (These rooms are all non-smoking and are subject to availability, at these rates, for the Friday and Saturday nights only).

  It is still essential to maintain and hopefully increase our numbers and, therefore, we shall again be inviting our friends in other lodges to join us.

  Last year, for a change, the entertainment on the Friday night was a Race Night Not only was this a huge success, but we also raised a large amount of money for charityand the Centeary fund, so there will be a Race Night again this year. A full programme of details for the weekend will be sent to you nearer the time and separate tickets will not be issued.
